glass plumage
film | 12 min. | 2019
Glass Plumage is a visual poem about fear, memory, and belonging. Through an oneiric landscape of glass birds, feathers, and trembling bodies, the film explores the relationship between the body and the family home as a space of both belonging and confinement. Moving between images of tension, transition, and stillness, it examines the shifting boundaries between spaces, objects, and bodies. The film explores the desire for reconciliation, and the possibility of change through seemingly insignificant gestures.
